We do not guarantee that every product will appear exactly identical to photographs or other pieces of the same design.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Shenzhen, China.

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Most international orders are estimated to arrive within approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, peak periods, carrier delays, weather, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that the shipping information provided with your order is accurate.

Where permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss will transfer in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.
