Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Shenzhen, China.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, peak periods, or remote locations.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Free shipping is available on orders of $58 or more where applicable.

Returns

We want you to feel comfortable choosing your ZEN18 piece.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

For returns that are not related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will help make it right.
